Email briefaloud@gmail.com with a short description of the problem, your iPhone model, iOS version and Brief Aloud app version. Never email passwords, verification codes or other private account information.
Playback or narration problems
Check that your media volume is turned up, Bluetooth is connected to the right speaker and your iPhone is online. Pause and resume once. If your selected voice is unavailable, Brief Aloud automatically uses another available voice.
Weather, journey or news concerns
Weather and travel times can change quickly and are estimates. For a news problem, open the chapter transcript and tap Feedback to report incorrect, stale, repetitive or poorly sourced information. Include the chapter title when contacting support.
Privacy and deletion
The app's Settings screen lets you delete your listening history, route history, news preferences or entire account. Deleting your account removes it and its associated personal data. We may keep limited records briefly when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or backup reasons. If the app is unavailable, email briefaloud@gmail.com from the address associated with the account.
Safety
Set up the app before driving. Use hands-free controls and stop interacting with the phone whenever it would be distracting or unsafe. Brief Aloud does not replace navigation, emergency services or professional advice.
